Our Occupied Staging service is hands-on and personalized. We roll up our sleeves and work alongside homeowners and realtors to transform the space using what’s already there. Whether it’s refreshing room layouts, styling key areas, or prepping for photos and showings, we’re there to guide and support. We can also provide supplemental items if needed. Available in half-day or full-day sessions, this service is ideal for those who need an expert eye and a collaborative partner to get a property photo and market-ready.

Victoria is a certified and insured professional home stager, bringing extensive experience and a passion for transforming spaces. She draws from a diverse background in Airbnb management and ownership (for properties in Hawaii and Austin), business management and entrepreneurship, and has successfully launched and managed multiple ventures before discovering her passion for design and helping realtors & homeowners with the preparation of homes prior to listing and founding Light & Air Staging.
Victoria’s mission is to elevate properties from average to model-home quality to showcase homes that resonate deeply with buyers. She believes every home has the potential to feel like an oasis, and utilizes universal styling strategies to ensure that the furniture, decor, and space feel peaceful and open, and bring connection to the widest audience possible.
